Depends on the sentinel and the omega level mutant they fight. The Advanced models can adapt to powers so it makes them a lot better at beating omegas. Keep in mind most omegas specialize in 1 or 2 things and they can be beat easy outside of that. Like telepathic omegas are basically fucked.
