    WHS is an independent organization, but we work with the Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) on a nearly daily basis. We do not share staffing, financial resources or any administrative functions with MADACC, but enjoy working with them very closely to help Milwaukee’s animals.
