     I worked this out: Partially. I'm working on a client update, and didn't want to go down the route of full API registration and integration for them (small budget), so I wanted to understand the Google embed?pb command more to see what I could change.

     No luck changing the map centre, this remained on the pin in question, but I did change the default zoom.

     Using the '!' as a separator, the 14th element was 4f13.1 - changing the 13 part changed the zoom... Bigger number, wider zoom...

     I do not believe that there is a built in method of scaling the strokeWeight so you may need to build your own. One method of doing this, just off the top of my head is to add an event listener to the map for the zoom_changed event and adjust the strokeWeight there.

     You only have a reference to the last marker in your zoom handling code (it is set to last value the last time through the loop). Simpler to just add the code to the marker click function. I think what you want is this:

     You may want to dynamically compute the center/zoom by computing the bounds of the displayed markers and calling map fit bounds with that bounds (rather than the code that is currently in the else.

     Here is a snippet of the code i use to zoom in and out of maps for given radius. I might not be accurate but you can modify them accordingly.

   • Google Map Marker dragging and zoom map issue

     I have resolved both the above mentioned issues. I would like to put the solutions. Although the mentioned code is quite lengthy, therefore, it would not be easy to elaborate.

     For mouse dragging of the markers. there is a draggable property, which can be either true or false.
