People. Dr Alex Sutherland. Associate Fellow. Biography. Dr Alex Sutherland has spent much of his career to date in public policy research, covering criminal justice, education and (latterly) advising on a wide range of projects, including topics on unemployment, health, and economic growth.
Dr Alex Sutherland is the Research Leader for Communities, Safety & Justice at RAND Europe. Before taking up his post at RAND he was a Research Methods Teaching Associate for the Social Sciences' Research Methods Centre in the Institute of Criminology at the University of Cambridge.
Dr. Alex Sutherland, MD. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Sutherland completed his BS in Neuroscience and MD at the University of Pittsburgh in 2002.
Oct 27, 2009 · Dr Alex Sutherland completed a PhD in history at the University of Aberdeen in 2005 and his book, The Brahan Seer The Making of a Legend, stemmed from his thesis. He now works as a part-time lecturer in the University’s School of History, where he teaches on witchcraft.
