from what i heard sometime ago, the chance of obtaining a golden frying pan is a 1 in 250,000 chance, though i cant remember if it takes other drops into consideration first.
Regardless, yes you can get both still. You have a chance to get a golden pan from completing any advanced or expert tour of mvm. You have a chance of getting a burning team captain from any 1st generation crate or a chance from a multi class crate.
