There are a few exceptions to that rule, like Eusebio Leal and the excellent work he has done in Habana vieja, the group that paints murals in normal houses (for instance the dragon in the building in the intersection of Porvenir and Concha, 10 de Octubre) or the guy that decorated the small town in eastern Cuba with painted ceramics, but those a minority that confirms the rule.
