  2. Oct 7, 2021 · Press and hold the button for a couple of seconds. After a reset, it will take around 4 hours for readings to appear after you replace the batteries. You will also need to enter the date and time after a reset. If your unit is flashing, it means that there is some kind of wireless interference.

    Subtle variations in barometric pressure greatly affect the weather. This weather center displays the current pressure with an arrow icon to indicate the direction the pressure is trending (FALLING, STEADY, or RISING).

    To view a Heat Index, Dew Point, or Wind Chill reading, press the arrow button on the front of the display. The reading will appear in the Indoor Temperature area. After 10 seconds, the Weather Select section will revert back to the indoor temperature reading.

    Press the arrow button to view other rainfall totals including Today, Yesterday, 7-day, Month, Year, and All-Time.

    Average Wind Speed- located below the wind circle on the left, displays the average wind speed reading from the last 60 minutes. Gust Wind Speed- located below the wind circle on the right, displays a rolling value showing the highest wind speed recorded within the last 60 minutes.

    Solid Arrow- Current Wind Direction Hollow Arrows- Previous Wind Directions Arrows are located where the wind is coming from and pointing where the wind is blowing to.

  6. 1. Bring both the sensor and display unit indoors and remove at least one battery from each. 2. Reinstall the battery in the outdoor sensor. 3. Reinstall the battery in the display unit. 4. Let the units sit within a couple feet of each other for about 20 minutes to gain a strong connection.
