- Prepare your application. Begin with finding your programme in the Jagiellonian University Online Application System or following one of the “Apply here” buttons on this website.
- Register online. At first you need to register online in the OAS: IRK.UJ.EDU.PL. You have to create your applicant’s account and fill it with data required (pay special attention to providing a correct email address and a phone number, so we can reach you about your application).
- Confirm your registration. The admission board will only consider applications that are confirmed by the applicant. To confirm your will to apply to the University, you have to pay the application fee.
It is also possible to obtain such a certificate in a digital form with an electronic signature. To obtain it contact the Welcome Center by e-mail (address: welcome@uj.edu.pl). You can collect your certificate at the Welcome Center only until the end of September.
