Forms. During admissions, candidates may submit their applications and questions. Below you may find the list of the most often submitted case letters with explanations and templates used at Jagiellonian University.

- Register online. At first you need to register online in the OAS: IRK.UJ.EDU.PL. You have to create your applicant’s account and fill it with data required (pay special attention to providing a correct email address and a phone number, so we can reach you about your application).
- Confirm your registration. The admission board will only consider applications that are confirmed by the applicant. To confirm your will to apply to the University, you have to pay the application fee.
