Aug 8, 2014 · Alive II included an album-sized booklet entitled “The Evolution of KISS,” which seems like overkill for a band that hadn’t even celebrated its fourth birthday. On the other hand, it was stuffed with photos so I wasn’t complaining.

Nov 13, 2023 · Jon Peacock: I recall looking at the cover of this album in awe of its image of live enormity, thinking they must be the heaviest loudest band on the planet, until I bought the album and found the music didn’t stand up to the image.
