Season 2 introduces Bradley Banton ( Rogue Heroes ), Kimani Arthur ( Boiling Point ), and Eman Alali ( Transparent) as the new rival band Second Wife. Guest stars for Season 2 include Malala Yousafzai and Meera Syal. Series creator Nida Manzoor wrote and directed all six episodes of the show’s second season.

There is currently no indication of when the second season of We Are Lady Partswill be released. The first season came out in May 2021, three years after the pilot originally aired in 2018. However we're sure the wait won't be quite that long this time. Our best guess is that we'll see it on our screens toward the end of 2022 or beginning of 2023.
We can expect our core cast of characters to return, with Anjana Vasan (Amina Hussain), Juliette Motamed (Ayesha), Sarah Kameela Impey (Saira) and Faith Omole (Bisma) bringing the band back together. And of course we can't forget the band manager, Momtaz, played by Lucie Shorthouse. Other cast we can expect to see back are Amina's best friend Noor ...
The first season ended on a high with Amina gaining the confidence to proudly perform live with the rest of the band – notably without throwing up in the middle.
