Professional ratings. Live at the Troubadour is a live album by Carole King and James Taylor released in 2010. The album was recorded at The Troubadour in West Hollywood in November 2007 to celebrate the venue's 50th anniversary. It was also the first venue that King and Taylor played together in November 1970. [2]
As a rule I don't like concert/music DVD's, and only ordered this set because the cost was about the same as buying a CD. I am SO glad I did! The DVD is a wonderful! The Troubadour is a small intimate venue, which was the perfect setting for two old friends to get together, tell a few short stories, and sing some favorite songs.
