Mantas Šernius (born June 29, 1983) is a Lithuanian professional basketball coach. He currently serves as assistant coach for BC Prometey of the Latvian-Estonian Basketball League and EuroCup . Šernius is also the head coach of the Lithuania women's national basketball team .

Mantas Šernius was born in 1994 in Lithuania. In 2001, he began his piano studies at the music school in Druskininkai (Lithuania) under the tutelage of Natalia Sokolenko. At the age of fifteen, he moved to Kaunas where he studied with Birute Kumpikiene.
