Solved my problem by changing the property of the LAN card from 802.11/ax to 802.11/n. Wifi speed now from 25 MBPS to 230 MBPS
At the moment, I get about 160mbps from my room on my laptop with a Mediatek 7921 wifi card. However, from the same spot I get 240mbps from my Poco NFC phone. Does it mean I would get faster speeds with the Intel card or is it an antenna thing with my Legion 5?
