North Georgia Technical College (NGTC) is a public technical college in Clarkesville, Georgia, with additional campuses in Toccoa (called the Currahee campus after nearby Currahee Mountain) and Blairsville.
Jun 8, 2007 · The Currahee campus in Toccoa opened in 2005. According to the DTAE’s 2005 annual report, 3,124 students were enrolled in certificate, diploma, or degree programs at North Georgia Tech. An additional 6,259 students were enrolled in noncredit courses, and 1,960 were enrolled in the college’s adult literacy programs.
North Georgia Technical College has three campuses: Clarkesville, Blairsville, and Currahee. The Currahee Campus, located at 8989 Hwy 17 South, Toccoa, is the college's newest campus. North Georgia Technical College is the oldest technical college in Georgia.
