This castle is in Sinaia, a beautiful city of Romania. It is adjacent to Pales castle which is also worth seeing. Sinaia is about 2 hours drive from Bucharest. It has also good connections via train and bus service. You can visit as long as you want and photography is allowed. Ticket is quite cheap, 25 RON for adults and for students it is 5 Ron.

The castle is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and typically closes for a period of several weeks in the fall to allow for conservation works. Though it isn’t as crowded as neighboring Peles Castle, it still attracts a fairly high number of visitors in the summer season. Arrive early to get in before the crowds.
