Once you step in you realize that La Bettola di Piero is not a common restaurant: it is a temple of fine wines and delicious food. Im a huge fan of the japanese kitchen. Sushi is def. a favourite of mine, and should I hold a single reservation about it, it would be the lack of variation. Iyo, however, are not afraid to create tasty and interesting speciments, and combined with a beautiful setting, and great service it's def. worth a visit.
