PrestigeINC. Is portfolio recovery legit? I keep getting spam calls from a company caller IDed as Portfolio recovery. They call every few days with a new number as I continue to block the numbers without answering. I looked up the company and they seem to be a collections agency but I have no debts whatsoever.
