   • The bun was soft and hot dog was snappy... but it was still just a hot dog. The large fries container was not fully filled and was very salty. Portillo's may be worth a quick fast food bite, if there was no wait, but it is definitely NOT worth waiting for almost an hour for meh hot dogs.
