Episode Synopsis: Upon returning to Willoughby, Monroe, Charlie and Connor find the Patriots' re-education center is up and running; Rachel and Miles are at odds on how far they are willing to go to take down the Patriots; Neville and Jason find a new ally. Check out the promo for the episode here.
After Tom Neville was caught, Davis sent him to execute Monroe or he was going to kill his wife, Julia. In the episode "Exposition Boulevard" it is revealed that he was the United States Secretary of Defense before the blackout.
Monroe, Charlie and Connor make their way back to Willoughby, where they find that the Patriots' reeducation center is up and running. An encounter with two of the center's young cadets leaves Rachel and Miles divided on the lengths they are willing to go in order to take down the Patriots. As Neville and Jason find a new ally for their mission, more about the history of the Patriots is revealed.
