Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute®, part of Allina Health was formed in June 2013 through the merger of Courage Center® and Sister Kenny Institute®, also known as Sister Kenny®. During this time, several Kenny treatment centres were opened throughout the United States, the best-known being the Sister Kenny Institute in Minneapolis (opened 17 December 1942; now the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute).
