The Phantom : It all began 400 years ago, when a boy saw his father murdered by pirates of the Sengh Brotherhood. That same boy swore an oath of vengeance. He would fight piracy, greed and cruelty in all its forms. He became the first Phantom.
A purple-costumed superhero (Billy Zane) tries to thwart a master criminal's (Treat Williams) acquisition of mystical skulls with legendary powers.
