If you play DW more than Perfumer, get Tomie. If you play Perfumer more than DW, get Tonight or never. Personally I would get Tomie mostly because although the effects are not that great, the animations and sound design is fantastic, and it's one of DW bests skins.
ToN is back almost every other month and thats unnecessarily much when theres alot of other skins. Also, new players have missed out on way more than just one S tier skin thats back so many times a month. No reason for Tonight or Never to be back so much. Theres plenty of other Perfumer skins you can get.
