From March until late May, the ride is generally only open on weekends from 12 noon until 4 or 5 p.m. depending on traffic and weather. From May until September, the ride is generally open weekdays starting at 1 p.m. and Saturdays at 12 noon. During the busy summer season, the ride may stay open until 12 midnight depending on business.
