- Sans. The most iconic character in Undertale has an equally iconic fight. Sans is portrayed as a gag character throughout most of the game and isn't even fought in two of the three main routes.
- Undyne (Genocide) The game's narrative already began to split a little bit before this fight takes place, but this is the first fight that is genuinely very different in the Genocide route.
- Photoshop Flowey. Photoshop Flowey is another boss that can break the fourth wall to mess with the player. He has the ability to save and load the game whenever he feels like it.
