He Lifeng (born February 1955) is a Chinese economist and politician who has served as vice premier of the People's Republic of China since March 2023. He has additionally been a member of the Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party since October 2022, and served as the director of the Office of the Central Financial and Economic Affairs Commission since October 2023.
