Back in 2016, Johns & Berg said they rewrote Terrio's script because they needed to bring hope earlier and they got rid of dream sequences like the Knightmare and other dark stuff. That’s kinda strange since Terrio was only ever brought into BvS to rewrite the dialogue from David Goyer. He did a page one on every line in the script, got a Written By credit, got hired to write the Justice League series, got his scripts thrown out by producer Geoff Johns, who was writing pages on the set (which he can’t get credit for as per SAG), got replaced with Joss Whedon, who ...
Much of the original plot line remained, and a lot of Terrio’s work was more restructuring but a lot of dialogue punching up. And his dialogue is damn good.
