We offer clinical services to both men and women above the age of 19. To be a patient at the WCCC, you must meet the following eligibility criteria: 1. you are not covered by health insurance 2. you live in New York City (any of the 5 boroughs) 3. you (or your family) earn less than 400% of the Federal income poverty level:

If you are a new patient, you may request an appointment using our online request form. Patients who have already been seen in the clinic may call us at 646-WMC-WCCC (962-9222) to schedule an appointment. Please note that our next available appointment may be at least 8 weeks away.
The WCCC has a waiting list of several weeks for new appointments. To ensure that we operate at maximum efficiency, patients must notify the WCCC of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to their appointment by calling us at 646-WMC-WCCC (962-9222).
