The three main characters of the show were Yogi Bear (voiced by Daws Butler), Boo Boo Bear (voiced by Don Messick) and Ranger Smith (also by Don Messick). Yogi was blessed with a bottomless pit of a stomach, preferring human food over the usual nuts and berries bears were supposed to eat.
