Most services that I’ve used that have dubs have an option for English subs that can be turned on over the dub. Join up with the strawhats and you’ll find something like that eventually. Anime lab probably. Heaps of dubs, and I assume you can turn the subtitles on for them. Yes, you can absolutely do that.
