    • Palisady, best neighborhood to stay for tourists. Tucked just behind the majestic Castle and a stone’s throw from the historic heart of the city, it’s one of my personal favorites.
    • Nové Mesto, best area if you visit by train. Nové Mesto is a neighborhood in Bratislava that’s a bit off the beaten path, located about 3 kilometers from the Old Town.
    • Ruzinov, best place to stay in Bratislava on a budget. Just a short 10-minute drive west from the heart of the old city, you’ll find Ruzinov. It’s one of the trendiest spots around, especially the Nivy area.
