- Under "Library" in Steam, click the "Games" drop-down on the left-hand side, then select "Tools." Under "Tools," you'll need to install Steam VR. Once that's installed, open Steam VR in the top right-hand corner of the Steam window and you'll be able to run the game correctly through that app. Hope it works for you too!

Just tried from the steamVR home page, hitting play on the steam library and went to the folder and opened the .exe. all did the same thing. #2.
Jan 23, 2022 · I had the same issue on Oculus Quest 2. Other games would load but Walkabout Mini Golf would load onto the PC but not display on VR. I ended up having to install and run SteamVR and then run Walkabout from that.
