    Turn off Focused Inbox

    1.Select to open the Settings window. 2.Select Mail > Layout and under the Focused Inbox section, select Don't sort my messages.

    Show or hide the Reading pane

    1.Select to open the Settings window. 2.Select Mail > Layout and under the Reading pane section, choose Show on the right, Show on the bottom, or Hide.

    Customize or turn off Conversation view

    1.Select to open the Settings window. 2.Select Mail > Layout and under the Message organization section, choose whether you want the newest messages to appear at the bottom or top of the thread. If you don't want your messages to be organized by conversation, select Show email as individual messages.

  2. Jan 2, 2024 · Some general notes #1 - If there was ever a one year period during which you did not log into the account, everything in the account would be automatically purged due to inactivity. Once purged, there is no chance of recovery.
