When Wladyslaw II Jagiello was born in 1352, in Vilnius, Lithuania, his father, Olgierd Giedyminowicz Wielki książę Olgierd Aleksander Litewski, was 56 and his mother, Julianna Rurykowicz, was 28. He married Hedwig d'anjou on 18 February 1386, in Visegrád, Pest, Hungary.
