In 2012, Zach co-founded Pablo Group, which has built a permanent home for Jamf in Eau Claire, renovated The Lismore hotel, and is a partner in the Oxbow Hotel, all in downtown Eau Claire. In 2017, Zach co-founded Pablo Foundation with Julia Johnson and Jason Wudi.
