The US mint released the Fort McHenry Quarter August 26, 2013, the 26th release of the America the Beautiful series. The quarter portrays Fort McHenry on the coin's reverse. There is doubling on the reverse of some coins. Most errors occur in the firework flash, pictured below.

Jan 27, 2014 · I have been searching the net for days trying to find any known errors for 2013 Fort McHenry Quarters so I could look for them too since I got a full box of nothing but those quarters. So far I have found die crack errors, and possibly machine doubling, and few reeding mechanical errors.

The 2013 S Fort McHenry quarter is worth around $1.50 in MS 63 uncirculated condition. The value is around $8 in MS 65 uncirculated condition. The 2013 S proof Fort McHenry quarter is worth around $4.50 in PR 66DC condition.

It looks like if you put Wexler's 2013-P 25¢ MD WDDR-004 and CONECA's 2013-P MD 25c DDR-002, 2-R-VIII together it would be this coin! It may be a new one. I am not sure. Wexler does not mention doubling on the building and CONECA does not mention doubling on the fireworks or flag. This one has all of those attributes.
