  7. It looks like if you put Wexler's 2013-P 25¢ MD WDDR-004 and CONECA's 2013-P MD 25c DDR-002, 2-R-VIII together it would be this coin! It may be a new one. I am not sure. Wexler does not mention doubling on the building and CONECA does not mention doubling on the fireworks or flag. This one has all of those attributes.
