Oct 7, 2019 · 01-28-2020 UPDATE: macOS Catalina 10.15.3 contains the fix for this issue . Once the macOS is updated you can scan from the glass and ADF as normal, t hanks for sharing @IronBadger. Follow and check HP Support for any updated drivers in the future, HP Easy Scan is not currently supported on Catalina.

HP driver download for the Printer should be 2.9.0.188 with a Release date of Oct 9, 2019 at 9.1 MB. What you get in version 2.4.0 from May when you download the driver and that wont even install on 10.15.

Nov 6, 2020 · Make sure the operating system selector is set to macOS 10.15. Click the + button next to Driver and download the HP Easy Start app that was released on the 2nd November. Run the app and it should download any new drivers or software for your printer. When you have done that Reset your Printing System.
