Bought tickets online to visit Alcatraz island. They wrote that they had computer problems but expected everything to be fine as we had bought the tickets one week prior to our visit to the island. We were unsure if we had been scammed but received the tickets two days before our visit.

Mar 3, 2005 · It took about 2 hours from start to finish on the island, so allot about 3 hours from start to finish (pick-up tickets, boat ride and tour). We reserved our tickets online a few days ahead. It was very easy to find the check-in computer which printed out the tickets.
