Born in 1939 in Fez, Morocco, Amram Ebgi is an Israeli/American printmaker, painter and sculptor. He immigrated from Morocco to Israel early in life. He went to New York City at the age of 30 under a scholarship of the Brooklyn Museum of Art and studied printmaking at the Pratt Institute.
