Vivian Ashe ( Jamie Lee Curtis) leaves her pet chihuahua Chloe, ( Drew Barrymore) with her irresponsible niece Rachel ( Piper Perabo ). However, when Rachel decides to go to Mexico with her friends, Chloe gets dognapped.
Plot. Chloe (Drew Barrymore), a spoiled white Chihuahua with little pink booties, is brought into a pet boutique by her owner, Viv (Jamie Lee Curtis), in a Louis Vuitton bag, much to the envy of the other dogs. She's got real diamonds in her collar.
