Our HOPE Kits are hand-packed by volunteers at packing parties all over the country, and locally at our headquarters in Frisco, Texas. In order to prepare for these packing parties, we have to print the shipping labels ahead of time. Unfortunately, our shipping program sends out an email when the label is printed, creating confusion.
