YouTube has livestreams most of the time, I often see FNN and some news channel from Hokkaido. I also recently discovered Abema TV and TVer, which offer more variety than just news. The sites themselves are free but won’t work without a VPN (if anyone knows free reliable VPNs I would love to hear!)
