She is survived by her son, Christopher (Dee) Yost of Texas and Kelly (Troy) Birt, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, who will miss her dearly. The love of her life was being a grandmother to her only grandchild, Max Birt.
Betty Jo Yost was a kind and generous soul, always putting others’ needs before her own. Her love and compassion extended to all those who knew her, and she will be remembered for her smile and warm personality.
