Sabbaticals are a carefully planned event that is designed to benefit both the ministry of the pastor and the church as a whole.
This policy for sabbatical leave time is instituted for the purpose of providing a defined period of respite and to encourage physical and spiritual renewal. The Church Sabbatical Leave is granted to Pastors and ordained Staf, and is encouraged as an opportunity for physical rest, spiritual renewal, and professional development.
