The Dallas Municipal Court provides various options for you to pay for your citation. See below for options on paying online, by phone, at a select retail store, by mail, in-person, and payment plans.
Online: Use the City of Dallas Parking Ticket Payment Portal (click here) to enter your information and pay your ticket (s). You will need the following items in order to pay parking tickets online: Credit card or debit card AND. Citation/Ticket number OR. License plate OR. VIN number. By Phone: 1-833-773-1942.
To handle by mail before the citation is entered, provide a copy of the citation, identification, and payment. Chat with a live court clerk on live chat or call 214-670-0109 for questions and information on offenses.
Skip the line and resolve online: Pay your citation in full or by payment plan. Apply for Deferred Disposition. Apply for Driver Safety School. Submit proof of compliance (i.e. insurance/registration/microchip) Request a Court Date. CLICK HERE TO GET STARTED.
Important Note: Some citations may not be available for online payment, deferred disposition or driver safety applications. For those cases, office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with extended hours until 6:00 pm on Tuesdays.

Dallas Municipal Court launched a new service that allows residents to pay citations over the phone or at retail locations nationwide. Residents may dial 214-670-0109 and select the pay by phone option to speak with a live agent 24-hours a day, 7 days a week to pay a citation.
