Dengue vaccine is a vaccine used to prevent dengue fever in humans. Development of dengue vaccines began in the 1920s, but was hindered by the need to create immunity against all four dengue serotypes. As of 2023, there are two commercially available vaccines, sold under the brand names Dengvaxia and Qdenga.

There is a growing public health need for effective preventive interventions against dengue, a disease caused by four viruses, termed serotypes 1–4. Two dengue vaccines have been licensed, Dengvaxia® (CYD-TDV), developed by Sanofi Pasteur, and Qdenga® (TAK-003), developed by Takeda.
Dengue vaccine can help protect against dengue in people who have had dengue in the past. Dengue is caused by one of four viruses spread through the bite of an infected mosquito. A person can get infected by any of the four dengue viruses. Infection with one dengue virus does not protect against infection with the other three viruses.
