Mar 22, 2020 · While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock.
We are a community subreddit largely consisting of employees. A place for them to have conversations, ask for help, discuss happenings in their store or the company, or just generally shoot the shit. We are NOT customer service. We cannot do any order lookups, check trade values, check stock levels, or process any returns.
TL;DR: As a former employee of AT&T and Prime Communications, I've observed and experienced a work culture that places excessive stress on employees, prioritizes profits over people, and engages in questionable ethical practices.
May 12, 2019 · The employee went into my husbands photo gallery and looked through an album that had nude pictures and videos of myself. He watched some of the videos. I am mortified and feel very exposed.
Aug 3, 2022 · I have a video of one of your employees trying to start with me and calling me a “bundle of sticks” in one of your company vehicles. It’s not great for you. I’d write me back really soon.
Nov 20, 2023 · Both types of retail outlets are not owned or operated by AT&T nor are they staffed with AT&T employees. They all look the same. They too can have questionable business practices.
