Sep 19, 2023 · I have super strong signal with AT&T 5G antennas across the street, and when it works I get >100mB down. The problem is in the last month the hub goes offline all the time (15 time a day) with error code E013 = DNS Down and E405 which I can't find listed anywhere.

Jan 31, 2024 · Error E013. My all WiFi router worked fine for a few months but over the last 3 days it has gone in and out multiple times a day . Very frustrating trying to run a business on this account with an unreliable connection .
Nov 8, 2023 · E013 is a problem between your gateway and the network (DNS error). DId you try to resolve by restarting your gateway? Usually this is a network issue which sometimes does not go away on its own for some time (so best to call the number above).
Oct 21, 2023 · I received my Internet Air setup Friday. Working with ATT support but they say my signal is weak and we’ve received some E004 and E013 errors. I’ve moved it around the entire house but always a weak signal at countertop level and above and by a window.
