Sarah Abbott was a fictional character on the ABC soap opera General Hospital. She was portrayed by Eileen Dietz from the characaters debut in 1981 until the characters exit in 1983.
Sarah Abbott was locked up in Forest Hill Sanitarium along with Heather Webber and they soon became friends. Sarah kept Heathers secrets and even hid her gun in a doll. She believes she drowned her sister, which she did not. She falls in love with Joe Kelly who was investigating the murder. After being used by Heather, she wisened up and recovered....
