Fake awards programs like this drive me absolutely nuts, because I get resumes in all the time from people who list things like this as legitimate writing/publishing credits. They aren't. You can make up an award, too, if you want, and call it anything you want.

If that is so, then that person's titles would never be entered into the National Book Awards competition, nor any of the PEN award events, the Eric Hoffer Award, nor many others.
